Exceptional staff engagement

I stayed in the Residence Club Premier for 4 nights and loved the lounge access, with delicious free snacks and drinks all day. The outdoor swimming pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Just a heads up, some windows could use a bit of cleaning, but overall, I had an amazing time! 🌟

During my stay, I encountered several frustrating issues. First, the staff at the Residence Club repeatedly questioned my wife about her room number, making her feel unwelcome and out of place—this happened at least four times. Additionally, we found the breakfast prices to be exorbitant, as well as the costs for other dining options, which felt more like a money grab than providing a luxury experience.

This hotel suits me perfectly with attentive staff, excellent wi-fi, and a serene outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, they helped me return the sim cards I left behind. Highly recommend enjoying the cocktails in the club lounge!
